you need to hit those shoulders more to fill that arm out better.

3 years I've done a couple 1-AD cycles and stuff. But this M1T has me so tired, it's like I have to force myself to get up and move. But the mass is packing on hardcore the 3rd week is where I noticed it kicking in. I Don't know about doing another cycle of this stuff.... it's kickin my ass...

Is there any instructions for this anywhere? I've done a search but came up empty. Amount of powder per liquid? Best delivery liquid to use? I've used Androspray 2 cycles before but am unable to find it to purchase. And I was never happy with the oral results. Thanks.
