    i've read that when doing the bent over rows, you should'nt go past 70 degree's from vertical, so you would'nt be cheating if go past 90. Seen some builders doing it that way. Just a thought

    i think that just sensably is a good place to start.I started weight training 4 months ago, ate more (5 to 6 meals/day) and lost about 10 lbs, 1 inch plus around my waist and gained about 1 inch around my chest. Peanut butter is always a part of my week. But straight peanut butter??? I doubt it...
