    Excellent post bro, I had/have some of the same issues as you do. I also thought this was going to be an easy program, but that is certainly not the case. I had pain in one knee after I started the program, but that went away when I started squatting below parallel and transfering the weight...

    I agree w/ muchmass as far as how much to take. you can work your way up to 3x a day if you can handle that much caffeine. i myself cannot handle 600 mg of caffeine in one day.

    please excuse the ignorance of my question but, how can you be "smooth and even slightly flabby" at 4.5% body fat??? am i just missing something here? i would imagine someone at 220ish at 4.5% body fat to be one jacked mofo. just curious that's all...
