Thanks everyone, I feel a whole lot better. As far as what I did I followed the Muscle fittness 90 day challenge they had. I couldn't compete because I was barley able to walk during the time of the contest but I set it aside and went for it after my knee healed enough.

Hi everyone. Thought I'd jump in with both feet. I dedcided to get in shape after having my acl reconstructed last March.
What I'd like to do now is add some muscle without getting fat again. Any ideas for this 40 year old will help.
