ive lost about 50 lbs. in the last six months with low carb and tons of cardio. Has my body adapted to this do i need to shock it or something. I just stopped burning fat dont know what to do.
well just ordered a caliper and a heart rate monitor. The heart rate monitor should help me get my cardio on the right track. like i said sorry for asking for info without being able to give any.
stupid newbie mistake
well im 5'10 170lbs as far as my bodyfat i have no i dea how to figure this out i was just searching through the threads to find that answer when i got the mail for a reply guess i shouldve done that first huhh ill get back when i get that straight thanks for the info.
All right ive got the diet straight. Ive figured out that im a high rep person. im just worried that im over doin my cardio.
I do 20 min. bike before lifting as well as an hour three days a week running at night.
is this too much?
