Thanks guys :) I'll try some of those suggestions... I can't really pin point what the cause is, could very well be period related or food related. It usually lasts for a few days to a week. I never used to get bloated b/c of my period, so that why I thought it could be something else. I'll keep...
Is there anything to take or eat that will help deal with bloating? I heard to watch sodium intake, is that true? I hate feeling like I'm fat... cause I know I'm not, it just sucks!! Help...
I dunno what to believe... someone once told me that doing chest exercises will reduce breast size and I don't want that at all!!! I don't eliminate it from my workout, but I did cut back on some exercises b/c I'm worried about getting smaller. Anyone have any feedback?
