Lol yeah but hey everyone is different. I work night shift too though so I am not in the sun all the time. Even if it sucks at first if you can bear it you may get used to it.
You're gonna be hot but it's nto unbearable. I am in the desert right now wearing BDU's, steel toe boots, and it's 120 degrees. I don't seem to be having any trouble with it. Great product though. There are plenty fo threads around here about it.
Well if you look on the back in the ingredients on most brand name proteins you will notice that while it's whey protein it is probably mostly or at least partially whey protein concentrate. Concentrate while being a good product contains lactose and fat which may not be desirable while cutting...
I us trueprotein.com and make my own mixes. You can add carbs abd fat powders for MRP, or add a bunch of casein protein to a pre-bed formula or soemthing. Also they have about 20 different types of proteins, as well as glutamine peptides and CEE and such. I like this way better because ofor...

You may have a problem with the lactose. If you try using an isolate and mixing it with water instead of milk you may be able to alleviate the problem. I hve the same problem when I use either milk or whey protein concentrate because concentrate still has some lactose in it. Give...
Yeah and they have great flavors as well. The green apple is awesome. Also since it's flavorless you can just throw it in some pudding, or pancake mix or whatever you want really. If you buy the quality stuff it is more expensive of course but most of the time when you buy in store you are...
I get all my protein from trueprotein.com. They have any kind of high quality protein you could need as well as many other supps and they are flavorless so you can mis them in whatever. Especially like the whey isolates, you can put them in whatever you want: i.e. crystal light or grape juice...
No prices of course but I can't see buying it from these research companies when it can be had quite easily for less than half the price sometimes. Don't email or pm me asking where either cause I'm not gonna respond.
