i dont see a problem necessarily with your size. you are 5 8 and 169 and 12% bf which is totally fine and you will get good results from a cycle. but i do see a problem with your experience training. when you are on a cycle you will be able to push harder in the gym and without experience you will really have a dissapointing cycle. it took me 12 years of training to find the perfect workout strategy. i would work your ass off in the gym for the next year, find something that works well, keep researching and then you will be ready.
