effects of steriods on improving sprintign speed

i am wondering if there is anyone who could tell me what sort of improvement i could expect on my sprinting speed from using steriods such as t-bol,winny,var and other non aromatising and non water holding steriods . this would be comined with intense training ofcourse.

or is there any out there who has used steriods for sprinting purposes who could explain there results times etc...

Have a chat with Ben Johnson.

His was a 10.05-10.12 sprinter before Winny...9.79 and a world record after.

It's very subjective the results you could achieve. He was already an elite sprinter and very highly trained. So Winny gave him like a 1 step improvement...like 2/10 of a second. They are at the very edge of what is humanly possible to begin with.

I would say maybe expect no more than the same type of improvement. Probably less given his coaching, talent level, training, nutrition etc.

In addition to the stuff listed I think a highly androgenic steroids such as halotestin or test/tren suspension taken an hour before a race will have benefits do to central nervous system stimulation.

I wouldnt expect more that a couple of tenths of a seconds improvement from steroids as sprinting speed boils down to genetics and the dominant muscle fiber type you have.

agreed ,it all depends upon how many slow/fast twitch fibers you have in your body.

HMMM central nervous system stimulation you will have to fill me in on just how much of a effect these compounds would have on this. Int terms of enough CNS stimulation to cause a pep in the step for a runner lol... If anything I think the argavated injection site from test suspension would be more of a hindrance then anything else lololool And tren is going to slaughter cardiovascular output. I would think everyone knows that.

halotestin might have some merit in this regard bu thats about it.:D

Im curious as well?As well As N2bm products for crosstrainers and runners?

SARMS!!!! why?
anabolic activity, increased cardiovascular output, increased endurance, increased muscle strength. For this goal sarms has all of what he wants and nothing he don't.

I think need2slin would be a great product for a runner.
You can find a great write up on the product here.

But to explain why this would help is pretty simple. All sprinters eat carbs and lots of them before running. Not right before but dah we get the point. They eat them for one reason and one reason only. Runny fuel!!! and to all us other people we call it muscle fuel. What need2slin will do is take more of the carbs you eat and store them as muscle fuel in the muscles. Pretty simple. Better carb utilization, uptake into the muscles=better endurance and muscle power output. Need2slin would what is known as secondary determinants of force and work output factor.

I have shot test suspension at 100mg before a leg workout and it sure gave me a rush and made me feel aggressive and definenty gave more strength so it might give a sprinter more power and anger to run.

I don't think tren hindering cardiovascular output will have any impact on a srinter if shot only before a race as the 100 and 200 and even the 400 meter races are anaerobic and far above above the lactic acid threshold.

And no suspention injects do not bother me, but most people it will. Keep in mind what works for you in one regard in no way makes it the norm for everyone ether.
