Calories on cycle vs off

Do you recommend upping calorie intake while on cycle? By what percentage? I know the general rule for bodybuilding is 20x your bodyweight... How about on cycle? Thanks
 
I don't change mine. I might if I were trying to bulk but I have no need for that.
 
It depends on the goals. If you are looking to gain size and strength, the calories need to be high regardless.

If you are trying to lose fat, obviously calories are lower.


I suggest that as a non-competitor that you always use steroids for mass gaining phases. Doing a cut with juice as a non-competitor is retarded if you ask me. You can always cut off cycle and get as lean as you need to be to look good.

So you wouldn't change a mass gaining diet whether you were on gear or natural?
