milk thistle is trash imo. get liv52 instead, it works better, for me at least. also rambleon is right var and tbol will not make you lose weight, but with the proper diet and training they can certainly help you retain muscle (which is your fat burning machine). also you may not want to lower your calories too far under your BMR, just make sure the calories you're getting are clean. so no sugars (soda, sweet tea, white bread, candy, etc..) eat complex carbs (oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potato, etc) don't over do it on the carbs tho. do this for your diet: protein 50% carbs 40% fats 10%. feel free to tweak it as you see fit. once every 2 weeks i'll throw in a day where i eat more saturated fat than usual to keep my natty test levels up, you don't have to worry about this if you're going to be on var/tbol tho cause you'll be shut down anyway.
