ok, i just pulled the trigger on the beastdrol starter stack (beast, trentfo, forged liv, forged pct).

i want to run some test too, i have narrowed it down to 2 options...test cyp 200mg/ml or sustanon 300mg/ml.

stats-40 yrs old, 6'5" 274 lbs, 19%bf

cycle goal - 15% bf, max weight 285 lbs or stay same weight..just denser/stronger.

what would you brolys suggest the cycle look like...and dont go nuts lmao. im already big as fuck, if you had my frame what would you do?

im thinkin if i choose test c, run it 200mg every 4th day then start beast stack on week 4 or five. i dunno, never run test before ever.............

i would run the beast stack from day 1. runnning the test a bit past the stack makes a good taper. i would run the c at whatever dose you find suitable.

since i am not wanting big weight gains from the cycle, what should i run my diet at as far as daily caloric intake? just keep it at maintenance or slight calorie deficit???

If you had test prop, then 6 weeks would be ok. You want to be going for at very least 8 weeks on test c. 10 weeks is pretty standard. 'd just use the sustanon every 4 days for a higher test dose. Might as well, and at your size that is what I would do.

Start the beast, tren and test all at once.
 
it sounds good to me. as far as the cals go you will need to cut if your going to lose fat. either cut carbs or add cardio or a variation of both. i cant give you a number because we all need different amounts.

ok, if test c... will 200mg every week for 10 wks plus the beast/tren tfo stack from day 1 work ok? like i said before, so 200mg ew 10wks might be ok for me as a first test cycle?

200 is a verry low cycle dose. if anything other than ok it will be not enough. if your going to run it longer than 6-8 wks i would up the dose to atleast 300mg so it will atleast do something for you. running a low dose test base is good when you are using other gear for the cycle but alone it will be nothing more than a waste. i would just run it 1-2 weaks past your stack. it will do its job for any amount of time no matter how long or short.

I agree 200 EW is not enough. you weigh 275 lbs an 200ew for a 170lb guy is a low dose.


I'd do atleast 500ew and run it 10 weeks, starting with everything like previously stated.
