Can you please fill me in on the Nolva please. what would be the benefit for a lady. are you taking this post cycle? i have lots extra but never thought my lady would need any????

No she doesn't need it. It is for contest prep only IMO not like a PCT that a man would take. It helps with that last little bit of fat butt and legs etc but it comes with some serouse emotional roller coster attached post cycle.
