i know people similar to your situation. Got semi-bunk gear and trained their asses off and ate perfectly and didnt get the results they were looking for. Usually means underdosed gear. But yes a lot of people also train half-assed or with shitty form and have shit diets and then blame the gear for "not working" so it goes both ways. I would recommend training for 6 months with a really clean diet before doing another cycle. Then provided your bodyfat is in check do a cutting cycle to get down to at least 8%-9% bodyfat. Then do a really clean bulker. Too many people start bulking cycles with a high percentage of bodyfat. You'll be a lot more satisfied if you get your BF in check before doing a cycle. You dont want to be a muscular fat guy because basically you'll just look even fatter.
Give us an outline of your current diet. What you eat, when you eat it and what you drink for fluids (which should just be water)
Maybe do like a Test Enth/EQ/Winny cycle
Basic diet info. you should be eating at least 6 small meals a day. Start by doing some morning cardio right when you wake up on an empty stomach. Ideally an hour. You can alternate between jogging and walking and sprinting.
Meal 1 after morning cardio 6 egg whites, 1 protein shake mixed with 2 scoops pure whey protein, 4 ounces orange juice and 6 ounces water & 1 banana, 1 cup cooked plain oatmeal (no instant and no sugar)
Meal 2 3 hours after meal 1
1 grilled chicken breast 1 piece of sweet potato
Meal 3 3 hours after meal 2
6 ounces grilled lean beef, turkey, or fish, 1/2 cup brown rice or 1 piece sweet potato
Meal 4 3 hours after meal 3
1 can of tuna no dressings or toppings other than squeezed fresh lemon, 1 apple or 1 orange
Weight Training followed by 1 hour of cardio
Meal 5 immediately afer training drink 1 protein shake, 2 scoops pure whey protein, 5 ounces apple juice, 6 ounces of water
Meal 5 45 minutes after your Post Workout Shake
8 Ounces grilled salmon, swordfish, shark or sea bass etc....& 1 cup of cottage cheese
Meal 6 3 hours after meal 5 eat 1 can of tuna or 6 egg whites or 1 casein protein shake mixed in water with 2 scoops
Thats it bro, train hard, dont half ass your cardio and drink 2 gallons of water a day. You should have to piss almost every 15 minutes.
Do this and you will get your bodyfat in check.
If you want to take some shortcuts you can do something like this with the above diet
Weeks 1-16 250mgs test cyp or test enth
Weeks 1-16 300mgs EQ
Weeks 1-6 Anavar 40mgs daily
Weeks 10-16 50mgs Winny daily (injectable)
If you arent lean and mean after this program then you are doing something seriously wrong. You may throw in as many raw vegetable leafy salads as you want provided you dont use any salad dressing and no croutons. You really shouldnt be that hungry with the above diet. Key is to burn the fat thru training and cardio. Dont starve yourself and dont eat cheat meals!
