I work for a major company that randomly drug test. I am not sure if they test for gear. Do companys usually test for such things on drug screens?

NOPE. Steroids screens are very expensive. They are looking for: weed, coke, meth, benzos, X, etc.. Any common street drugs.
Not gear.

DNP? i doubt it, its a poison, why would they give a fuck if you're poisoning yourself. a mate of mine uses near everything recreationally illegal and he passed a workplace drug test. he was fucking clueless as to how, he'd been on meth and x all weekend and smokes weed everyday.

No,,,typically only rec drugs. Unless athlete or high profile position. AAS testing is expensive.
