I think he told me it had 1,900 original miles before he had it restored.

looks like grass coming from a crack in the pavement with some dirt around it to me.
 
IF this car was leaking radiator antifreeze, wouldn't the "leakage" be seen at the front of the car, under the radiator, and not under the door? :confused:

Let's just say this "restoration" would never make it onto the stand at B-J. The orange paint on the wire means they painted the engine block after it was assembled, probably after it was in the car. It's sloppy work. Inexcusable on a car that is potentially worth as much money as a '69 Charger 500.
