For those of you that eat at Outback: are you suppose to tip for curbside takeaway?

i did curbside takeaway today which is you call in and just pick up the food. they come to your car and drop off the food and you are on your way.

i wasn't sure if you were suppose to tip for this service. i guess i'll know if i was suppose to tip if i get sick after finishing my food.

I think it would be ideal to tip, but I don't know how much. They even recommend tipping on cruise ships where your meals are paid in the package, but the tips are usually small.

No offense.......I have ate at the Outback 3x. All 3 sucked. I will no longer go there.

As far as tipping........I generally tip for carside service although im not sure of the "rule." I know the little bitches like it though.

BTW--i rarely go over 10% for such service. As far as dining in or at the bar.......if it's good service I generally tip heavy. It has it's rewards....at my 2 fav bars as soon as I walk in the top is popped off and I don't have to ask for refills. One of them even has my timing down and brings me another before I ask or place my bottle on the bar. That kicks ass!

i don't think you understand the question. and you can't answer a question with a question.

outback, in case you didn't know, is a dine in restaurant. they offer a service where you can call in an order and just pick it up. do you tip for that service? i don't understand your reference to starbucks and mcdonalds as that is not relevant.

i wouldnt tip them... i tip very well in dine in ... but take out...they can blow me..
