well, now my computer is really fucked.

-my desktop background is some shit that says "please load your anti virus software", and i dont know how to change it.
-i got the blue screen of death a bunch of times.
-i ran Spybot and adaware (old version though) and cleaned some shit up, but my computer still completely freezes after being on 20 or 30 minutes.

what do i do?

I used to have AVG and then was told Symantec was better.
I also just read older version of these do not stop the pop ups.
