It's Samia Yusuf Omar. She ran the slowest 200m time in the Olympics. Like 32 seconds

She's a distance runner actually. Probably not great at it. But better than she'd be at a sprint. But, she ran in the event she was told to run in, gave it her all, and is thrilled to death just to have been a part of the Olympics.
