I bought that game and it's beyond stupid.

It takes me 10mins just to find a room I can join. AFter 10mins of downloading new maps.

And then when I join, I get killed within seconds. WHat fun is that???

I'll stick to FPS's on my xbox 360 thank you.

Try playing the simple stock maps...Goldrush, Dustbowl, etc. They are well designed and not "cheap" like some of the custom maps where it is easy to get spawn killed.

I did - and it was boring, another fps. I have more fun playing counterstrike.

I'm looking at supreme commander. I also want a warcraft type game, but not something with a huge learning curve and need to play 8 hours a night just to get anywhere and pay $15/mth.

Stay far away from Supreme Commander then. It is ridiculously complicated...with thousands of different units and all sorts of nonsense you must do before even starting to fight (building bases, mining for resources, etc).

It sounds like World in Conflict is right up your alley. It's much easier to get into and still a great RTS game.
