So..since i don't feel like alot spending money but want to hang out with this relatively new chick, i decided to cook her dinner at my place this weekend after spending some time at the beach (also my place).

before any of you asshats decide to make a joke, this move is gold from an economic standpoint and a get a girl in your house standpoint. home court advantage


so i got some really nice and juicy new york strips i'm gonna grill up, but haven't thought of any side dishes or if i'm gonna do the dessert thing. Bottle or two of red wine

any suggestions? Maybe some garlic mash or something? Perhaps i'll just copy a high end steakhouse menu

Start out with a very light app. Get the wine flowing right away. by the time the meal comes around she should have enough wine in her to cloud her thinking. Ever bit of wine after that will keep it that way. If she has sucked back enough wine before the meal comes out she prob will not eat much of it any way and no matter what it taste like she will praise it to death as long as it looked good lol.
