Hey everyone just thought it'd be a good idea for everyone to post their diets meal by meal and total cals and macros. I'll type mine when I get to a computer
Meal 1 post workout
6 whole eggs
2 cups oats dry
1Banana
One scoop isolate
Meal 2
8 oz steak lean cut normally buffalo
1.5 cup white rice
1 cup mixed veggies
2 tbsp ginger sauce
Meal 3
Shake 50 g protein
1/4 cup walnuts
Apple
Meal 4
Turkey meatloaf 10 oz with 2 cups white rice
1tbsp olive oil
Meal 5
10 oz pork or chicken
1 cup black beans
1/2 cup quinoa
Asparagus
One tbsp olive oil
Meal 6
2 cups cottage cheese
2 tbsp pb
1 cup strawberries
When cutting all fruits are berries
Cottage is changed to yogurt
All carbs are lowered and no sauce or salt on any meals meats are dropped to 6ish oz
It's about 4500 ish maybe more I just follow my mirror progress
That's my dirty bulk diet too
I do throw some pop tarts in on leg day
Also when I cut way more veggies
But eating clean for over 3500 cal is hard at times that's why I cut out veggies
This is good for me now cycle has kicked in too
Added 50 lbs on my bench today
Scary cuz that's the kinda shit hat causes injury

My bench is the lowest it's been because of a shoulder injury but was on the bench all day today at about 10 sets of pyramid and get a couple flies but ultimately is probably one of the best chest workouts I've had in a while
What's ur daily meals look like
Really hope to get some more guys posting up their meal plans I find that quite interesting that's what actually one of my favorite parts of the sport ( love food )

And I used to be able to eat like that daily now it's just a weekend thing honestly unless I'm running tren I can't eat mc Donald's daily without it going to unwanted places my body dislikes processed food
Sucks balls cuz my brain and tastebuds love it !
All I used to eat was clean food and I can honestly say I'm the biggest/strongest I've been doing flexible dieting. I love itjust gotta find what works for ya!!!
