The best first cycle is test alone. Tren needs to be based with a test.

Prettu sure its a prohormone which obviously works through a different system to gear in the body. Id say dont do it because as far as i know you shouldnt run gear at the same time as a ph... could be wrong but yeah

Thanks for the advise, Well i guess i will use the gel without the ph because it seems its not really bad with 0 side effects from the review and what people are talking about.

A great first cycle would be 500mg test c per week for 12 weeks. But you also need an AI for during your cycle... exemestane at 10-12.5mg per day would be great. For PCT you would need Tamoxifen and clomid.
