For me, I found that ostarine really shines as a bridge between cycles, before I added osta to my pct and beyond, I used to lose around 20% of overall mass gained on cycle, regardless of training/nutrition post cycle. Ostarine has helped me even gain an extra 1 or 2 kg on a bridge cycle, it also helps maintains body fat when my diet may not be as clean as it is when on cycle. So it works for what I want. There are many people on here who preach garbage and talk of 'bro science' bollocks, but I use sarms1 because I respect Dylan and a couple of others on here and I trust their advice. Even if they are reps, why would someone like Dylan put their face and name to an inferior product when he is open to the backlash? Just use common sence here
