hello guys ... i am starting a cycle after a few months ... i just wanna make sure im doing it right .
i posted earlier about a cycle , and i was told to wait and do bloods , thats what im gonna do , and i was told to lower my dosages so i wanna ask if this seems ok
cycle history :
test 750 mg/week for 12 weeks
deca 600 , test 750 for 3 months ( i finished this cycle 4 months ago )
i know i should be bigger , but i have a herniated disc , and i had to stop training 2 weeks after i stopped the cycle
and i did 2 oral cycles that i dont really call cycles , that's why i didnt post about them earlier d-bol 8 weeks ... with no pct :/ i know it's fucked up but the coach is an asshole ... now i know it cz of the info and advices i got from this site and the members
anyway here's my diet :
meal 1 : 9 egg whites , 2 whole eggs + 1 cup of oats + skimmed milk + nescafe + 1 tbs honey
meal 2 : post workout shake ( 40 g prot powder ,1 tablespoon honey , 1 banan , 1 apple , skimmed milk )
meal 3 : chick breast 200 g + whole wheat pasta (50 g) + green veg + olive oil 1 tbs
meal 4 : steak (200g) + b rice ( 100g) + salade
meal 5 : turkey b (200g) + b rice ( 50 g ) + salade
meal 6 : tuna or fish fillet ( 200g) + salade + peanut butter 1 tbs
meal 7 : steak b broccoli
with every meal i consume 40 to 60 g of prot except the first one it has about 70 g , every meal has to contain proteine ,
weight : 80 kgs
bf : about 11 % maxx , i compared it with pics
height : 180
age : 22

test e or c or susta ? : 600 mg/week
proviron : 50 mg/day
hcg , during the cycle ... how much ? and when plz .
pct : i wil order post cycle , bridge and unleashed + clomid .
, as you advise me ... i can get letrozole if it's needed
is it ok to add 100 mg of masteron or maybe 50 mg , if it's effective eod to this cycle ? ... i dont want to bloat or gain water , i wanna stay as lean as i am or get leaner , while adding some lean muscle
