Help for PCT?

Hey guys Im 2 weeks into my 12 week sust only cycle, I havent really seen any gains but Im guessing I need to wait longer.

Anyways I realized I haven't planned my PCT since I just started my cycle, I was wondering what kind of PCT should I do to Keep most of my gains, Also is it necessary for gyco since its my first cycle and is sust only?

I'm a 25/25/25/25 Clomid guy myself, but the rest of this is spot on.

You should be having some gains by now since there is propionate in the sust mix

test prop makes us 12% of each ml of sustanon, so that's not true at all... it kicks in a bit quicker but sustanon is about 60% long ester...
