I think it works better on people that are below there genetic potential if you are near it or at your potential I don't think it will do that good, but strength increase always comes with muscle mass because your lifting more weight
I have to agree with this. I'm 39, so anything will help me increase or maintain muscle. I've been cutting and my muscle has slightly increased on a pretty steep deficit, or at the very least maintained. My strength is also maintaining as well. Zero loss in both muscle and strength thus far. (Week 3, 4mg ED).
