He doesn't make any sense at all
If his injury was isolated to the scalp then that would agree with the medical examiner. If one had their head bashed in concrete you'd expect to have a major bruising on the head, scalp lacerations, concussion, sub-dural haematoma , veritgo, etc

But he has 2 little ole cuts on the back of his head
