LGD post cycle - ahhhhhhhh!

last dose was friday, so it was completely eliminated from my system sat night.

the past two days have been real crappy. this is my first post cycle, and i didn't expect any of this..

my joints have been achey , body has been achey, i feel weak, feel like i lost muscle. Also am so sensitive to the point where i want to break people's faces, crazy temper tantrums. I am very very agigtated and irritable, the most in my life.

my mood fluctuations are just nutty right now, i also have come down with a cold as well.

i am assuming this is all due to low T ?

i took two days off from the gym since my cycle ended, will be heading back tomorrow, i hope.

do you guys recommend taking days off from the gym or should i hit it hard like i was on cycle?

Avena Sativa

L-dopa for prolactin

I am going to add DAA to the mix tomorrow. I am heading back to brazil in 6 days and i need my test to be somewhat functional ha . Thinking about buying t-force which contains fadogia artestis.
 
Could be low estrogen. The double dose of post cycle and forma could be lowering your estrogen too much. Back off the post cycle tabs a bit and lower the forma dose then see how you feel. Blood work would be the best way to know.

It's not that you lost muscle but you probably lost some fullness since stopping the Lgd. That's common with almost any anabolic. Keep your diet and lifting regiment solid and try to manage your estrogen better. I used the same forged post cycle/forma combo with some test infusion/methyl eaa after i use lgd and it really helped with my overall mood, libido, and energy in the gym

interesting. well, i didnt add that i was on vacation when i ended cycle. I only dosed forged post cycle 2/day. I went to 3/day today. I had no forma for 2 days (into PCT). This could have been my issue.

Thanks jbrank. I definitley lost my fullness and i miss it already! I forgot to note that i have been running a little lower than 25mg osta everyday as well.

Did you find that your strength/lifts went down without being on LGD?

And i am considering buying some pram/caber for prolactin control, would it be worth it? I have L-Dopa, which indirectly punishes prolactin, but nowhere near as strong as pram/caber

Pct and vacation do not mix though dude. Vacation usually includes drinking and bad eating habits. This will lead to the loss of on cycle gains eventually. I like to make sure I won't be away from my home kitchen for extended periods of time during pct since your diet more than anythig else will dictate what gains you keep and lose

start pct immediately. jb is right, you don't want your estrogen to be too low.. its gotta be balanced.

grab some phyto-serms, see my signature below for the discount and banner. the stuff works wonders and back off the forma bit .. rather you have estrogen levels slightly above then slightly below.

It really is bro. I have a work friend (bb'er) using it right now and he's smashing plateaus and has hunger like the hulk.

that's good to know, i guess i will find out today if i have lost any gains. Should be interesting. Its hard to get up and go, although i will do it. Just very achey and sore all over, along with a cold it sucks! My weight hasn't fluctuated any yet. I am staying at a solid 192, and hope to maintain that. For 192 i am mighty ripped/skinny @ 5'11 , i am very satisfied with the end results of LGD!

Okay i'll go with the forma once a day then. I have some extreme aggression though, easily ticked off. What could it be, low T or low estrogen?

LGD is amazing shit, i could be any more pleased with my results for my first cycle ever. Can't wait to give it a go again beginning of october , along with katana and 6mdrol!
 
The cause of your aggression could be a number of things, mostly your overall mental state and health. It doesn't necessarily mean 'high this' or 'low that'. I doubt your test is high at this point. I would chalk it up to fluctuating hormone levels (both estro, test and god knows what else) and continue with your pct schedule to help balance these things out. If you're aggressive, use that in the gym. The most important things you can do right now is eat right and lift hard

true that, you could be right. It could be a bunch of emotions, and hormones jumbling up the equation, god knows what else. i still find it funny that i look smaller than some guys in the gym, but i can lift a fuck load more than them, makes me feel good about myself.


shit man just came back from my first gym session since starting my PCT. It feels awful to not have that extra burst like before, and the extreme alpha male puffy look. I had to end my gym session in 38 minutes because i was extremely exhausted. Legs and shoulders. My lifts didn't go down significantly, maybe just the intensity has dropped, i suppose. I also have a little cold, chest/sinus thing going on.
