TRT need help with hCG dosage

Hi guys ,
I put on TRT for my entire life "I have hypogonadotropic hypogonadism" Anyways the doctor puts me on cidoteston 250 per 14days and hCG 5000iu per week and he refuses to give me AI even that my E2 is crazy high "3 times the highest" my question here is :
This hcg dog is quite high is it right to take 5000iu per week one shot ? Should I do something else ? Also problem here that all hcg are 5000ui .
Also should I start AI from my own ? arimidex maybe ? What dosage ?

Are you sure he didnt mean 500 iu ew? Anyway 250 iu 2 X EW is a good for TRT.

No split the dose to 250 iu 2 X ew. The active life of hcg isnt long enough to go 7 days in between pins

Agreed only been on TRT 4 months but this is what I do. On a side note I stop running it for a week or two every 6 weeks or so.

Ive been on 250iu M/W/F for 3 years and .5 Adex M/W/F with 200mg Test week. Seems to keep everything stable and me feeling good. I stop HCG every 3 months for a week or two only because I travel, and if there is any legitimacy behind the "HCG desensitizes" stuff maybe a week off every few months is good...just works out that way because I do not feel like flying with the vial on ice or whatever to keep it cool, although I now do take my GH on trips with me between two foam bricks you can freeze the pharmacy gave me.

Thats good to know. I was just told by the Doc to take a break every 6-8 weeks because your body doe desensitizes to HCG. Now I only use it for aesthetic reasons I like my boys heavy even though I am done having kids.
