Hi everyone and first of all, sorry for my bad english. I am 31 years old and I started training 7 years ago, I weight 72 kg (158 lb) and 1,86 m (6,1 ft) height. I had to stop training during 1 year because a disease and I weighed 59 kg (130 lb) in that moment.
Since 1 year I can't exceed 72 kg (158 lb) and I am about to start a cycle to get some muscle mass.
I searched lot of information about it, but I have doubts about the post cycle. It's OK in this way?
