Osta igf-1 cycle!!!!!!

I am very gyno prone, and even a 10 week cycle of Osta @ 25mg/day didn't aggravate it at all. I find osta much better for recomp than growth, though, as it really keeps your glycogen stores full, even when cutting calories drastically.

IGF has never been an issue for me and gyno, but the prolactin increases from the GHRP's is substantial and really does affect my gyno... To the point where I had clear secretions from a nipple once!

Ok, so should be ok with igf then.
Ill run forma throughout as precaution.
Will go something like this:

1-9 forma 10 pumps am/pm
2-9 osta 25mg day
2-5 igf-1 50mg post workout.

Pct- unleashed/forma.

Look good?
 
Ok,so iv decided to run an osta igf cycle. It will be as follows:

Week 1-8 osta 25mg day
Week 1-4 igf-1 bilaterally post workout.
Pct- unleashed forma???

I'm unsure of support and pct on this as I am very gyno prone.

I'm thinking 50mcg igf-1 bilaterally so 25mcg each side. Workout days only. Sound about right?

I have some ideas on the post workout shake but may need sum altering. Tel me wat you think.

80g dextrose
50g whey
10g creatine.

Wat ya think?

Its possible that OSTA can give you gyno, but I'm prone and I've never had it happen to me on OSTA.

80g dextrose is a lot of carbs, I'd invert your protein and carb intake there.

I recommend you get your Sarms from Sarmssearch also if you dont already have them - cant beat their quality and purity.

I promise you wont be dissapointed.

And about the dextrose - it really depends on your sugar sensitivity........I never use more than ~20g even when I'm bulking just because I have so little of it in my diet that my body doesnt process it well. But even if you arent like me, I would still say no more than 50g of dextrose or maltodextrin.

It's igf lr3. Idea behind the use of forma is hopefully it will help raise my igf levels back up during pct.

So I started this cycle today and all seems well.
Started the forma a week ago so it should be built up in my system now.
Took 25mg osta this mornin upon waking and 50mcg igf lr3 post work out.
I took 25mcg bi-lateraly in the tris followed by my post workout shake.

How will I no the igf is working? Wat signs should I be lookin for? :)
 
You NEED carbs with your protein, something like vitargo or Myogenix Aftershock
You will know because after about 3-5 injects your pumps will start to get insane and your blood volume in the muscles will be crazy.
