In your guys opinion how many sprays a day are recommended for pct

5 pumps in the morning, and 5 pumps at night [12 hours later].

One more thing it's says the bottle has 60 servings how many days will it last with 10 sprays a day?

My bottle says serving is 10 sprays. 60 in bottle. 60=2 months worth.
