-cup of low fat Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup fresh strawberries
-8oz. Chocolate whey (water mix)
Mid morning snack-
-pb&j on wheat
-small salad raw
Lunch
-Grilled chicken breast
-2 cheese strings
-4 whole carrots
Mid evening snack
-Nature valley granola bars
-cup of Greek yogurt
-banana
-tangerine
DINNER
-large salad raw
-12oz. Steak (lean)
-baked potato
Overall
2 gallons of water
3 hours intense weight lifting
