My training is very simple.. I work alot 12hr shifts in the ER.. so by the end of the day im exausted but still drag my ass to the gym.. Mon-chest tues-back n bis weds-legs thurs-shoulders n tris.. Friday i usually just do circuits.. And my weekends are family time but simetimes i still sneak away for quick workout..

Sounds good bud. You will get some impressive gains with running tren A for 9 weeks. I'm running mine for 6 weeks, on week five and strength is goin through the roof.

Yeah.. This week i noticed my strength just shot up... The only other time i felt like this was my previous cylce test/eq in week 8.. Im barely in week 3 of this one

Tren is deffo sum stong shit. I'm glad to say the only side I'm getting is mild insomnia. Keep it up bud. Iv got my test tren log up on anabolic journal if you fancy a look. (New cycle)
I'll keep posted.
Great so far, my strenths been off the charts, so far i have gained 12lbs of muscle and lost 8lbs of fat..! Been feeling great...! Sides have been very minimal too.... Hows urs goin? How do u feel..??

Yeh cycles been goin well PRs are up. Happy with that. Finished the tren now. Running proviron 50mg/day up to pct.
See how that goes.
Was kinda recomping on the tren. But thinking just go all out and bulk for the rest of the cycle. Seeing as Shitty English winter is kicking in!!!!!!
