Cutting SARMS Cycle

Hello i would like to run a SARMS cutting cycle

I am going to run for 8 weeks:

GW-50 20mg a day 10mg morning 10mg 12 hours later.

DAA Chewable tabs.

HCGenerate.

Lean Xtreme.

Creatine Nitrate


PCT afterwards

Post Cycle Unleashed for 3 weeks.


Is there anything else i can do to make this cutting cycle more effective.

I will be eatting around 2000-2400 calories a day.

with intense cardio 5 times a week every time i work out.

Nevermind I found it.

Ostarine and S4 would be the best additions to this run. Sarmssearch is what my rats use and have always been satisfied

Looks good, if you wanted to add anything in phytoserms would be good but not really needed. Looks like you've pretty much covered everything. Be careful with the s4 vision sides, ease into it slowly.

What's you bf %?

Also, I always use DAA in pct. Hcgenerate will be enough on cycle, especially if you add phyto

How much weight are u trying to lose or how much bf %?
U've been over to the diet forum to get that all in check?
 
After calculating my BMI it says it is 2226.8 when cutting how many calories should i roughly eat a day when working out strong 5 days a week with 30-45 intense cardio ?

I think you mean your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is 2222.6 If ur bmi was that youd be obese x infinity...
to me anyways its trial and error. Try eating slllllightly below ur bmr and sds.how things go and change accordingly

I am 6 foot 1 inch i weigh 220 pounds and i am about 18% body fat at the moment. I train 5 times a week using HyperTrophy M.A.X workout plan.
Plus cardio 5 times a week as well. This fat was put on during my beastdrol cycle that i am currently on the Post Cycle for
 
i have it set up for
Breakfast Oatmeal and egg whites

then in between Combat shake in water

Lunch

Baked Chicken brown rice spinach

then

Dinner ether fish beef chicken with brown rice spinach

bed time

Casein Protein

then post workout
Combat Protein in water and some form a quick carb

How is this for a cutting SARMS cycle

This looks great. The triple stack is really unbeatable for anything you want to do - my rats put on some serious muscle mass while cutting BF% on the triple stack.

The only thing I would say is to slowly up the S4 dose to 100mgs a day if you have run it before (if not 50mgs will still give you great results). And you dont need to split the GW doses unless you're doing cardio twice a day- its half life is roughly the same as OSTA (23.5 hours) so one dose should suffice.

I would highly recommend Sarmssearch if you dont already have your products - best SARMS on the market no contest IMO.

As far as calories are concerned, I've found that when I'm cutting, as long as I'm eating clean calories, my caloric intake is a non-issue. Itswhen youre eating dirty calories that you need to be strict about your count. If you're ingesting your normal calorie intake cleanly, you're fine.
 
If i could take GW once a day since i only do cardio once a day would i take it pre work out? since i work out after work around 6 pm

Since this is my first time taking S4 should i just stick at 50mg or should i after a week up or such is there a guide to explain how i should gradually go up with S4

Split it up into 3 doses (upon waking prior to morning cardio, in the afternoon, and early evening), I found the sweet spot was to dose it every 4 hours so I dosed mine at 10am 1pm and 5pm and plan your meals around your dosing so you dose it 30 mind before a meal, btw you need to work up to that dose never jump right into it, it is a very powerful stim, start the first day with 6mg total then the next with 8mg then the next with 10mg then the next with 12mg and do the 12mg for 1.5weeks the adjust your dose from there, never jump more then 2mg at a time though, also your gonna need to wean your body off of it at the end of you cycle so lets say you were dosing 20mg you last day for the next 2 days use that dose then drop it 2mg and continue to do so every 2 days till you get to 0, from there take 500mg of green tea extract and l-tyrosine twice a day and slowly wean yourself off that, trust me on this I went cold turkey on this stuff and it sucked my head was in so much pain and I still get mild headaches so while this may seem like a pain it's worth it and this stuff is worth using cause if your diet is spot on you it will make you shredded!

For the first week after you finish weaning yourself off the albuterol take 500mg green tea extract twice a day and 500mg of l-tyrosine at the same time your take your green tea ten after that week go down to once a day and by the third week just take them as needed
 
okay thank you will add this to my PCT. Last question since i work out and do cardio after work around 6 pm should i change the times i am taking my SARMS and Albuterol or just leave it as is?

High intensity intervals on the step mill 30mins upon waling 30mins at the end of your workout

whatever works for you man. Thats a good calorie burning routine that also works the legs so I'd say thats a great way to do it
 
Last thing do i have to worry about my liver at all during this cycle should i be on liver support or is none of this toxic to the liver also is it recommended to do cardio when woken up on a empty stomach then later on when i work out do cardio again after the workout? And should i do it every day or just the 5 days that i train at the gym?

LMAO... you've said last thing like a million times bro... you take it everyday... sarms do not need liver support... fasted cardio is a good option to burn fat but just doing cardio is going to be a great benefit... you need to mix things up and shock your body... that's how you can continue to make progress... you need to be doing endurance and hiit if your after weight loss and cutting... you incorporate them both into your cardio routine and constantly be mixing things up and you will see a lot of progress...
 
Last Thing Dylan I start this cycle on Monday. The Osta is 25mg in the morning if i work out at night should i take it at night or leave it in the morning ?? same with the S4?

I wouldnt recommend taking it at night. Could inhibit sleep patterns
 
how long does it take for the SARMS to kick in?

ostarine normally takes the longest... normally a week or two...

with s4, if your body fat is low then you can see it working very quickly... within a day or two you can really see the muscle hardening...

gw kicks in very quickly as well...
 
I am on day 2 of triple stack SARMS and i can already tell at 50mg that my vision is getting blurry at night because of the s4 i am assuming what should i do??
 
bro, you are not getting vision sides in only two days on s4... you are thinking too much or looking for something that's not there... s4 can make it difficult to adjust to light and night and can cause yellow tints but it most definitely will not be causing it in only two days...
 
it depends on how long at what mg you run it man... you should have at least 2-3... its hard to say until you know if you can increase the dosage or not...
