How to diet on tren?

Basically i just need to know how much carbs do i need to make gains and still cutt up as much as possible.

Im running 50mg tren ace ED and anavar

What total calories are required?
And how much carbs?
And should i just have carb meals around the workout? And breakfast?
Im happy with my protein and fats.

I was considering CKD but think im gonna need those carbs for energy.
 
U don't seem too long how's ur girth? That's what really matters.

I have a tren cycle in a month and i'm gonna go slightly higher than maintenance calorie modified paleo but with heavy proteins, basically... spinach, broccoli, carrots, peppers, etc and fish, turkey, chicken, lean beef, eggs. A lot of it! No or low sugar and minimize breads, rice, potatoes and dairy. And extremely low fats except for nuts and fish oil supps. I did this on SARMs for 8 wks and lost a ton of fat but gained a decent amount of muscle.

Really, this is a diet i havnt yet looked into, how do you manage to keep calories high enough with no real carbs and low fat?
 
Its pretty easy bro actually. I just never stopped eating. I did leave out shakes from the equation but yeah thats it. I always felt stuffed but my cals were 3k-ish. Healthy veggies are a beautiful thing when u stuff the shit out of ur face with them.

That diet sounds perfect for Tren IMO.
 
Here's a one day example:
Wake up BCAA's and forged burner then run or bike 30min and ab work.
Post Cardio- Whey shake 2 servings in water
Breakfast- 8-10 eggwhites, 1 yoke with bell peppers and lean ham
Mid morning- Large handfull of pecans
Lunch- 2 Chicken breast, diced tomatoes, diced brussel sprouts, nonfat parmesan with garlic and basil
Mid afternoon- 2 tilapia fillets with 4 cups of broccoli/cauliflower and extra virg olive oil and pepper
1.5 hrs Pre workout- Casein/Whey a serving of each in almond milk with a large scoop of natural peanut butter, BCAA, Taurine, PreWO supps, etc.
Post workout- Whey shake 2 servings in almond milk with cinammon
Dinnner- 2-3 Chicken breast, Mushrooms, Olives, Lettuce, Tomatoes, grated fat free mozzarella, Fat free cottage cheese
