Hey guys I need somebody to point me in the right direction.
I'm 30 years old, 6' 175 lbs. Low bf (not sure exactly) but I do run 2 miles a day and eat clean. Very high metabolism.
I stopped working out in 2009 when at my peak (210 lbs) And lost 40 lbs quick because of my work schedule and now I want to get back to where I was asap. I'm able and dedicated to proper food diets and calorie consumption. Also, I've been in the gym for 3 Weeks now getting my body used to the abuse I'm about to put on it and building my endurance up. I used to cycle random anabolics like test/sust/dbol/anadrol over the years and taking stuff like that seems a drive my motivation somehow.
Question: what would be the best route in getting back to 200+ lbs. When should I start cycling. What should I take?
