It all depends on dose and tollerence.
I think 3 weeks at 750mcg is sufficient. Which would leave you bout 37. I think 1000mcg a day is pushing it but everyone is different.
I ran 500mcg, then ramped up to 750mcg and back down to 500mcg....
I got a lot stronger...didn't cut like I thought I would but my bench went from 295 to 330 in 3 weeks...I think that's decent
