I am 24 214lbs im 6ft1 at 14% body fat. I tried winnie without reading much on it.I did see some gains and i started my pct today. I am looking for a cutting cycle gain lean mass. My diet consists of
5 eggwhites 1cup of oatmeal
2hours after 1 1/2 scoop of meal replacement protein
lunch 6-8oz chickenbreast cup of brown rice and brocoli
2hours after 1 1/2 scoop of meal replacement protein
dinner 2 cans of tuna cup of brocolli
late snack another 2hours after 1 1/2 scoop of meal replacement protein
I wake up at 5am do 30min of cardio and 8 hours after i weightlift and do 30min of cardio after that aswell.
Could you please help me in building a proper cycle for me i would really appreaciate it.
