Advice on cycle

Hi guys I was wondering if I could get some of your professional opinions on my next cycle

Firstly I'm 6'3" weigh 76 kg/167lb 23 years old ,I've been training on and off for 2 years and now solidly for the last 10 months, my diet is pretty good about 3500 cal ED

The first cycle of aas I did when I had no education at all on the subject and stupidly followed a friends advice who knew not a lot about it, that cycle was

Tri test 400 weeks 1-10
Tri tren 150 weeks 1-10

Pct was
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

I know now that this was not What I should of done and should of eased myself in with just a test cycle or something like that but anyway

At the start of this cycle I weighed 64kg (I know now I was way to small to even think about gear)
As for sides I got a few spots on shoulders and chest night sweats and a very short temper but it was controlable!

I was wondering weather I could do something similar again or should I go for something less intense? I was thinking

Tri test 400 weeks 1-12
Tri tren 150 weeks 1-10
Anadrol 40mg ED weeks 1-4

Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

I know tren is for cutting but I liked the gains I got from it last time and the strength was amazing. I'm new to this forum so please be gentle thanks in advanced
 
6'3 167lbs, you are undersized for a cycle. Your diet needs work, I'm sure the guys in the diet section will help you out.

Secondly are saying that your last cycle was not a good choice and you are asking if you should do something less intense, yet you are going to run it again and add in more?

Thirdly you have not done very much research on PCT. Nolva and Clomid as PCT? Nolva with Tren? I wouldn't be surprised if you got gyno from your first cycle.

You should get your diet in check, add at least 20 lbs on naturally, then do more research all around before you start another cycle.
 
Thanks for the advice what I meant was after doing that cycle from what I read tren is something that shouldn't be done for a first or even a second cycle I admit I was stupid but still gaining 15kg of body weight and keeping 10 I was quite happy! You are right I got a some small lumps under the nipples but they went after my "pct" What should you take for pct with tren? It seems I've been told many different things from different people

Compounds like Tren and Deca can cause prolactin problems. You will want to stay away from nolva since it can make the sides worse. Use clomid, formastanzol, unleashed/post cycle, and creatine (optional).

Thanks a lot mate appreciate the info I think maybe il stick to food and protien shakes until I'm a bit heavier and more educated.
 
167 lbs @ 6'3". Look into a 5 x 5 program, something like Rippetoe's Starting Strength. Eat LARGE amounts of good quality food; don't give me BS about getting fat. Try to get up to @ least 230 lbs WITHOUT any further juice. Best of luck.
 
bro at 6'3" you should have NO PROBLEM getting to 210 naturally and thats on the conservative side... i am sure you can get much higher than that naturally... Please stay away from any aas until you get to these points naturally...

Also, the fact that you would ever run a 19-nor with nolva is flat out scary... please stay far, far away from steroids man because your only going to hurt yourself...
 
Really appreciate the advice guys I will do exactly that! I'm sure u will hear from me in the future once I'm up to weight! Il be looking into that 5x5 programme, thanks again

Go on there and ask away regarding diet and training routines and watch yourself get leaner and bigger if you stick to them over the next 2-3 years. Then you can look at using gear once you have studied them a bit and know more about them.
