2 Things in one thread ... Cortisol ... and then DBol on intestines

Hi Guys,

I have been experiencing bad cortisol build-up lately. 4 out of 5 training sessions (due to work I can only manage sessions from 19:00 - 21:00) in the last month is followed by shakes, sweat, dizziness and a HUGE hunger. I have found that the ONE thing which makes it subside the fastest is no less than 12 slices of bread with Penaut Butter (organic) and 2 mugs of coffee (only 1 teaspoon of sugar. Could it be the cortisol build-up?

Then ... I have noticed the last couple of cycles that I've been on (and currently I am approaching the end of my DBol front-load of my current cycle) that DBol gives me flatulance OF NOTE! I fart a surplus of 5 times in 2 minutes ... and with the protein intake I am on while on bulk, those farts are on a scale of horrendousness which cannot be measured ... it even affects my work as I do IT support for a bank and,a s we know, a bank is usually full of customers, so I have to keep them smelly bursts in as long as I can and then, when I cannot manage to pinch them in no more, I have run to the toilet and let my trousers rip apart. Following that, I leave the toilet and head back to where I have to do my work, but now, the toilet area smells like someone dumped illegal chemicals there (he-he ... pun not intended, put befitting, nonetheless). Any of you ever experience this with DBol? I have followed the same bulking diet while off cycle, and it's not NEARLY as bad then.

your glycogen levels are getting crippled giving you those shakes and dizzieness. drink water and eat a sweet potato or brown rice before your workouts. problem solved.

as for your 2nd question never heard of such a thing nor had that problem on dbol. i would find a new source for it and see if that helps

Okay ... great stuff, thanks a mill Steve. Approx. how long before my workout should I have the food? 30-45minutes?

As for the DBol farts ... I did a google on it and I was surprised to see that there are actually quite a few instances noted of it. I have tried with meals, on empty stomach, with various fats, with juices ... it all makes no difference and within 3 days after my front load ends, the farts start going away.

T-bol gave me horrible gas and the only thing that helped was stopping the cycle.
I've seen other threads with guys complaining about orals having this effect (mhn comes to mind) but have yet to come across a solid solution.
So you're not crazy
just one if the unlucky one's like me.

Thank goodness ... good to read that there ae other people out there ... and more specifically on EF, who experience similiar sides.

Dbol definitely gives me gas, and a little discomfort. But its not bad. But my doses are always in the 20-25mg range. So I'm sure it would just get worse with higher amounts.

I've been having this issue too recently...and a feeling a fullness even when i'm not full. Tried adding digestive enzymes and was somewhat surprised to find it helped quite a bit. Might be worth a try...

1. basic signs of hypoglycemia .. some people are more prone to it but it has to do a lot with your nutrition.
you should always have a full meal that includes complex carbs, protein and fats, 1-3h prior to working out. what steve said is wrong, simply having carbs pre-workout may actually make things worse as it will get digested relatively quickly and when you use that for energy your blood sugar will drop back down super fast and you end up in even bigger trouble than before. So never do that.
A friend of mine has had those problems since he was a kid. He solved it by incorporating a super low carb diet. It sounds weird but its actually the bast way to combat this, as you'll prevent insulin spikes which will give you huge fluctuations in levels of blood glucose.
he eats lots of fats and protein pre workout and no carbs and this solved his problem completely. His only source of carbs are vegetables, fruits and bran which are digested super slowly and will trigger only a very small release of insulin .. (same reason why they say don't give sugar and refined carbs to kids who have trouble concentrating .... exactly to prevent those blood sugar "roller coasters"

2. Dbol gives me same problems, that's why I can't use it. Esp. the "fullness" effects even when I haven't eaten for hours. Tried different things and never been able to really solve the thing, so I just stopped using that shit alltogether.

Thanks guys ... I'll be trying all of the advice out and see which works best for me. I don't like to just start on my test without a front-load ... so I'll try my next bulker with A-drol opposed to D-Bol and see if the reaction is different ... I'll just have to get proper liver support before cycle starts. :D
