First Tren Cycle, help me decide.

Hi guys.

Stats:

Male, 5"8, 192lb 14% bf, 24 years old.

First of all ive done 3 cycles previously, all consisted of 500mg test with dbol - I wasnt satisfied with the third cycle, the gains just seemed to have dried up dispite good diet and training. With summer around the corner I want to lean out and possibly do my first cutting cycle but i can't decide:

The cycle will be 250mg test-e + 500mg tren-e for 10 weeks and i have the gear on hand. Obviously got bromo, caber, liquidex and all anchilleries on hand. I know tren is harsh for some. I know about the sweats, the insomnia, the agression and all the other shit. But i can't decide how to run the cycle, so help me out bros.

1) Cut to 8-10%, then start the cycle as a lean bulk.

2) Run it as a cutter now.

Also, does tren burn fat IN YOUR PERSONAL opinion and can you add signifficant LBM with it it in a caloric deficit? Ive read all sorts of diffrent things about it on diffrent boards, hoping guys with personal experience will chime in.

For me it dont cut fat. I get sooooo hungry, its hard to stay on diet for me during tren. I do get great gains tho!
Imo it dont burn fat!
I think you will be happy if u cut first and lean bulk.
If u choose it as a cutter i kinda feel u get to much sides vs benefits.. Since u could have cut it wo the tren..

The sweating acts as a thermo for the fat loss but for the most part I'm with ya on this one. I get mad hungry and it's hard not to eat everything I see! The gains are pretty good though.

Thank you for the replies so far guys. I'd like to add I never lose much muscle cutting, my body seem to put muscle but sadly also fat on eaisly, luckily I seem to retain muscle really well too. I bulked on all 3 test cycles I did and ended up BIG (pushed 19" arms pumped) but a BF of 20.. Cut down to 14% now and strenght havent dropped whatsoever.

But long stort short, the only reason i would cut on tren would be to gain LBM and strenght in a deficit aswell as speeding up fat loss. i'm quite confused since some people claim to lose fat in a caloric surplus on tren and others claiming to add signifficant LBM in a deficit.

I dont think its easy on anything to add lbm on a deficit.
But if u lean bulk on a cycle u will add more mass than fat. So your bodyfat % will also change for the better.

In regard to adding lbm in a deficit - i agree. It's close to impossible IMO, unless you cycle calories, but thats not exactly a deficit then.

Considering i'd like the best bang for my buck I think ill cut down first. My waist is 31" atm, if i get it down to 29" first and then start my fina cycle trough July and August. 2 months should be plenty to lose 2" and about 4% bf i recon. Sound plan guys?
 
Be prepared to sweat like a rapist after his hard drive been seized, you might not care now but depending of your profession, you may not look suspect when suddenly sweat dripping down your face like you've done a marathon. fuck the insomnia a Benz can help with that, but dreams like your part of Inception. I would suggest acetate, as you can just stop pining and sides gone in a few days. I thought fuck how bad can tren be, it can be bad I pulled the pin on my first attempt cos couldn't handle it. Have learn to live with it since and is an awesom compound.

Tren don't burn fat ?? News to me I've heard people say they shedd loads of fat on tren even with out cardio so yeah that's bullshit.

Bs? Im telling how it affects me, and u say its bs? You know how i feel on tren?
For me tren def dont burn fat
