I wrote a question a couple of days ago, and got some really great advice and info...which I really do appreciate.
I feel as though I wasn’t clear enough what my goals were and I have some more questions.
About myself (I got fitness assessment yesterday)
Age: 31
Height: 5’5
Weight: 147lbs
BF: 14%
I have used EQ and Winny in the past, that’s about it.
I train 4 times a week, I eat very clean (CKD), I play hockey a couple of times a week, I rollerblade a couple of times a week.
My goal is NOT to lose weight, I know how to lower my body fat with diet and exercise. I want to put on some solid lean muscle mass. I want some size, but I still want to remain lean.
I wanted to do a cycle of EQ and Test (recommended with every cycle)
My friend said to 500mg T400 and 400mg EQ for 12 weeks.
The only issue I have are the side effects. Will the Test get me bloated and retain a lot of water?
Even if I did a lot of cardio, super clean diet and sports, would I be able to get shredded on Test?
What supplements should I take? I take Orange triads and milk thistle
What PCT should I use?
Is it ok to do low carb meal plan on a cycle like this?
