you can use this on any kind of diet... you will not dose as high as if you were eating high carb... I would take 3 a day spaced out before your 3 biggest meals... try to space it out evenly throughout the day and you will love it!
thx for the responses.....I am looking ahead to when my weight loss starts to fade out with cardio and diet and trying to figure out what supplements to try to burn more fat.....so far the weight loss is going great dropped from 254 28% bf to today at 239 22% bf in six weeks so far...I am 5' 10" and 52 years old... goal is to get to 215 at around 12%bf......any good suggestions for supplements would be greatly appreciated

Yeah N2Slin definitely works on lower carbs....I usually do 2 caps with my preworkout meal (around 30g carbs) and 2 caps with post workout meal (30g carbs)
