Hey guys i have been lurking here for awhile. I am from back in the old school days. Use to be a member at a lot of sites that are now either not used or are gone. So i made my way over here.

A little back round about me. I have been lifting for about 7 years. Ended up taking a year off and lost a TON!!! more then i thought. Been back at for about 3 years now. Last year i stepped on stage for the first time which was fun but showed how much more i had to go. Right now i sit at 195 about 14-15% bf.

My diet is so on point it should be illegal. I hit my macros every day so im not worried about that. My lifting is as follows

Monday- Upper power
Tuesday- Lower power
Wednesday- Cardio
Thursday-Chest Arms
Friday- Lower hyper/ sometimes cardio
Saturday- Back Shoulders
Sunday-Off/ sometimes cardio if i miss friday

Back in the day i was pretty reckless but this time around im starting off slow. Ill be running a Test only cycle 500mg for 10 weeks with proper PCT and liquidex on hand in case sides come about.

Now back when i really loved ICNs and im thinking of going that route again.

Anyway just wanted to introduce myself. Let me know if you have any thoughts on the cycle?
