If u have to ask then don't do it! Clen is pretty serious stuff and not for rookies or newb's only the experienced. 2 weeks of clen won't give u shit but the jitters. This stuff should be cycled 2 wks on and 2 weeks off for a total of 12 weeks.

Okay--plain and simple. At 23, you do not need an edge to lose weight--if you are at 10% BF and prepping for a contest then that is different. BUT the addtion of an OTC fat burner is your best bet--the others are not for you at this time--that I am 100% sure of.

BUT I suspect you are just a big guy who needs to do four things (1) get control of your caloric intake; (2) cardio; (3) workout (I would suggest HITT as its best for weight loss); and use OTC legal supps to get maximum fat burn.

Go to this site (in bold print below)--the fat burners work and will not cause all the dangerous sides of the black market stuff (those are really for very experiences bros using them in a very specific way--and are older w/slower metabolisms than you).

I know b/c I have used everything you can think of (and a lot you can't)--the net risk/benefit is with these

Fat Burning Supplements, Fat Loss Supplement, Fat Burner Supplement

I took Clen for a few days, I think I did 75mcg. I had insane workouts, energy, etc. But it also gave me the JITTERS, and I could hardly sleep, and when I did finally sleep, it was NOT restful sleep. Woke up feeling depleted, felt like my heart was taxed. That and some bros had told me to drop the Clen, you don't need it, and the possible health hazards are NOT worth it (including heart attack and subsequent death). F that, I was out, I threw the rest away.

These bros are giving you good advice. Get your calories in-check, eat the right kinds of foods, do your cardio, build some muscle, turn your body into a fat-destroying furnace.

The best fat-burning regimen I have ever done, is changing my diet and calories. Its about a lifestyle, not a fat-loss "cycle". Be fit for life.

Best to you, bro

Is there any on there you specifically suggest????

I like the Need to Slin (only because I have always though my blood sugar was a bit unpredictable and I notice it on long rides) or the N2 Burn b/c its a good mix of things proven to help speed-up the metabolism (but w/o the niacin rush or peak, then drop of the "old school" stacks).

BUT, the key is these will help, but are not magic--you are young enough that your weight has not caused irreparable damage but as stated already you should consider a lifestyle change----nothing all at once or overnight, but do a diet log (be completely honest as the devils is in the little details--for me its eating after 6pm--) for a couple of days and then post it or send it to me via private message and I will see what we can do.

The bros on here can also set you up with a special workout (HITT) which recent studies all show are actually better than the same amount of cardio (which makes me sick as I'm a cardio guy--love cardio and lift to keep a balance).

You want to take pics too--scales suck and are useless--progress promotes more progress.

For me, after 2 years of minimal workouts (every excuse in the book) what got me motivated again was a Garmin GPS watch that recorded everything from distance, heart rate, to time, and estimated calories--I went from 60 miles a week at an average speed of 13.2 to 400-600 miles per week at an average speed of 19.7 in about 16 months--but jusyt being able to track my results was my motivator.--Just find yours.

As I said, PM me with your diet and workout and we will help any way we can--and there is not one bro on here that has not had one of the issues you may have so its easy to find a fix.
