Cycle Log Test E / Tren E

Thought I would start this log for a few reasons:

1. To allow me to look back and reflect on the cycle results
2. Open it up to discussions, feedback, and advice

This is my first thread on here but here we go.

Stats:
6'2"
202 lbs (before cycle)
BF = 10-11%
34 years of age

History:
Special Ops Military 5 years (2002 discharge)
Intense physical training for 15 years (weights, running, swimming, cals, ect)

Cycle:
250mg Test E / 200mg Tren E every Tuesday
250mg Test E / 200mg Tren E every Friday

Cycle History:
2 Test cycles both over 5 years ago
2 Var only cycles in the past 12 months (yes I know an odd choice but wanted to give it a shot and had good results from it, can discuss later if you want to know)

Goal:
Gain 25-30 lbs while dropping BF% 2-4%

First pin was 12 days ago (sorry starting the thread a little late), results thus far I have gained 12 lbs (214 lbs yesterday) with no bloat what so ever, BF% has not changed. I have increased protien intake significantly since starting cycle.

Strength is up tremendously all ready

Side Effects:
Slight Tren cough two days after each pin but only for a day
Sleeping has been very light and only getting about 5 hours a night whereas I used to get a solid hard 7-8 per night, that was until last night MAJOR insomnia only got 1 hour of sleep and I have leg day today SHIT lol.
 
I did not take pics prior to the cycle but as its a good idea I will take them this week and every 2 weeks after and post
 
Well after an hour of sleep the other night I got home from work exhausted but decided to hit Bi's and Tri's anyway (save legs for today when better rested) was wiped out at the gym but the work out was still awesome, I typically DB curl 55lbs 2x8 and then 50lbs 2x8 then 45lbs 2x10 yesterday was 65lbs 6x8 and this is after 12 days needless to say very happy with the way it's going. Strength is WAY UP and I am pumped for legs today.

Will try to get a few pics up tonight or tomorrow.
 
Are you on an anti prolactin, high prolactin can cause sleep issues. Get some prami. Start the dose at .2mg and increase every 4 days by .1mg until you hit 1mg. Take at night right before bed. If you ramp dose too quick you'll be sick as fuck feeling all the next day. Good sides: you sleep like a baby, dream great, at 1mg increase natural GH release, strong mental sexual urges (you will want to fuk everything). When you come off ramp the dose down the same way to avoid the crash (some get depressed coming off). If you get any strange sides like seeing or hearing things lower dose right away (I never have but some do/can).
 
First off, thank you for serving. My father was a Green Baret in Vietnam and I have a cousin who was a US army sniper... he just got home stateside from Iraq and is finishing up a cycle himself to regain some muscle lost over there.

I like your conservative cycle and I think you will get good results on it. However I think your goals for the cycle are unrealistic. 25 lbs of muscle on one cycle given that you have a cycle history already and are decently sized... especially whilst losing bf is just not a realistic goal. At this point in the game if you can gain and keep 5-6 lbs of muscle from a cycle you are going quite good.

How long are you running this or did I overlook that ?
 
My disclaimer is I've never used tren and probably never will, but only 5 hours a night. Most of your gains are made during sleep so your body can rebuild. 5 hours isn't enough to get the max benefit of your work and cycle. Maybe a sleep aid?
 
Nos2 and Drewb thanks for the advice on sleep aid I am looking into it today and let you know how it goes
 
BodybyFin - originally I was shooting for 15-20 lbs of muscle gain but after shooting up 12 lbs in 12 days (granted some of that was water) I re-assed my goals, 30 might be much so I believe I can achieve at least 20 maybe 25. I can put 5-6 lbs on in 10 weeks without juice so I'll be fucking pissed if that's all I achieved after coming off.
 
At Melochai, I am running tren 7 weeks and test 10 weeks, maybe run test 12 weeks with primo that last 4 weeks to really harden up but haven't made that decision yet
 
At unclesam, I did run a Test only cycle in the service but I gained 20 lbs in 6 weeks and since we run and swim in Spec Ops everyday the extra weight killed my knees and my endurance so I didn't finish the cycle, my Cadre knew I was juicing shit EVERYBODY knew as fast as I grew but Oenone ever tried to test me.
 
At vocor, you are 100% right and I have been worried about it, I am getting sleep aids today and will let you know how it works
 
You have to get some sleep bro.

Try ZMA and / or benedryl. If that doesn't help, get a script for Ambien from your doc.

You'll end up in the looney bin if you are only getting a hour of sleep a night. :)

Ive used ZMA in the past. I dont think it helped me.
At first, 2 or 3 nights, I had good and vivid dreams, after that, nothing.
ZMA is ok if your Zinc or Magnesium deficient, but other than that, its a waist of money IMO. And it doesnt positively effect test like it claims.
 
Update time: it's been two and a half weeks since the first pin, today I did shoulders and the pump was intense, I felt like my skin was going to rip. I weighed in at 215 lbs today and noticed I am holding less water than the previous two weeks.

The strength is still climbing at a crazy pace, for example seated DB presses pre cycle was 4 working sets at 75 lbs, today I warmed up with 70 lbs DB's and did 5 working sets of 90lbs for 8-10 reps no spotter.

I am sleeping better and the slight Tren cough is gone, my mental state is up, more and more confident but temper is shorter and feeling more aggressive.

Short term goal is to be at 218 lbs for next pics at week 4 and drop 1% BF from last pics.
