I ran it solo at 40mg ed.
The first day I took it in 2 doses, 20mg in the morning and 20 prewo, both on an empty stomach.
By the end of the day my face was flush and warm, I was nauseous and a little light headed. I went to the store and checked my blood pressure and sure enough it was a lil high.
So the next day I split the doses up throughout the day 10mg 4x with food.
By the end of day 2 all my symptoms were a little better a few days later I was 100% gtg!
I ran it for 5 weeks like this, felt great and had awesome results. So try splitting your dose up evenly throughout the day and take it with food.
Oh And water!!!! Drink as much water as possible If you're not pissing every 20 minutes you're not drinking enough!!!!
I was drinking 6 liters a day!!!!
4 me the most impressive thing about t-bol was the strength gain!!!
