<--KNOT BALL'n , I'm Po'e as hell. Bought the Toyota because its was cheaper than the chevy. And handled better, and gets better mileage, And my silverado warranty was about to run out :-P

Just been working and working out bro. Changed over to a lean bulk now that I burnt all the damn fat off. Lol now time for mass mass and more mass. I upped cals to 5000 clean. So here we go. Might put a little fat back on but I will cut again in march. You still hitting it hard or are you slacking bro?

Thats awesome how long was your cut for??? I psyked to see your results you leave it all on the floor everytime you hit the gym. I've been focusing on my cardio when I first started I was barely able to finish 30 mins now Im at 45 mins and still ready to go some more. Now my girlfriend wants to lose weight too even though shes already dainty as it is. But yea whenever I hit the gym I tap into my inner OWL and tear shit up :Chef:

Cut was 12 weeks. Alot of hard dieting and alot of Cardio later bro and not to mention alot of juice. Lol
